<note>The COVID-19 pandemic has hampered stunting prevention activities and raised the likelihood of stunting in Indonesian children, affecting the government's efforts to reduce stunting prevalence to 14% by 2024. Stunting is a condition that results in underdeveloped growth and limited progress in children due to insufficient nutrition. One of the ways to maintain nutrition assistance for vulnerable children and families in Indonesia is through a health transformation strategy. The Indonesian government involves UNICEF, as the protection of the rights of every child has always been the main goal of UNICEF's activities in Indonesia. The aim of this study is to obtain a health transformation strategy between the Indonesian government and UNICEF to educate Indonesian society in order to help tackle the stunting issue. This study uses a qualitative method guided by the diffusion of innovation theory and the neoliberalism concept. As a result, this study shows the collaboration between the Ministry of Health in Indonesia and UNICEF to accelerate stunting eradication by improving the dissemination of health transformation innovations to society. They focused on improving public health outcomes by increasing access to information and resources related to health transformation innovations. They have developed a strategy that incorporates various elements of the diffusion of innovation theory to disseminate information effectively and efficiently to the community. The outcome of this study suggests that the diffusion of innovation theory is useful in information dissemination.
